"Told me i wasnt eligible for auto pay. When i tried to pay online or through the app it wouldnt let me. I tried to call multiple times never got answer. Tried to go in and the were closed during buisness hours. Then finally got to pay through the app and they canceled my service a week after payment was made. Also emailed about the issue i was having and still have never heard back. And havent even received a cancelation notice before being dropped"
