"I’m so disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. I requested to transfer my policy to this office as it will be closer to my home. I received a call from Amber (I believe) on Sept 27th letting me know that they are working on it (this was after sending several emails to my previous insurance agents office.) On October 1st I received word that it had been completed and again I reached out and said I need a renter’s insurance declarations page and I specifically told them what I need it to say. I log onto my State Farm account and finally my address has been updated but still lists not only my old insurance agent but my new one. I call today and after several minutes I’m told that they have to complete an “accord” to add the information for my apartment and that could take a week! I’ve been trying to get this done for over 2 weeks and now I have to wait another week. In the meantime, I’m being charged (now $50) because I’m on the apartment’s “house” insurance. This is such bad customer service. People relocate all the time so I’m not sure why it’s so complicated."
"I've been working with Gary's office for, well as long as I can remember. 15+ years I'd say easily. I've recently retired as a GM for a local Disaster Restoration company. Take it from a guy who has helped out thousands of local people with claims. State Farm is the Best. Gary is a dang good agent to have."
