"I sent an inquiry to Dan Petersons Agency and Monica Stanley (the office manager) was the one who responded. I needed a new auto policy from an out of state move and that’s not what I got. She asked about another car of mine that isn’t insured with Allstate and it was just left at that. She was stuck on trying to get the other car insured in which I already got a quote from Allstate on and I let her know that it was too high. I never got a response or help about getting my initial inquiry fulfilled so I decided to go elsewhere."

"Monica likes to make you think she is helping you, but really isn't. She make you feel like everything is your fault and nothing is ever her doing. She does what's her best interest not yours. Don Peterson would do better with out her. This is my first time ever with Allstate and she has really made me regret it."
