"This is the most incompetent, dismissive, uncooperative and shady Allstate office I have dealt with. Please, take your money elsewhere because these guys don’t know what they’re doing nor are willing to help you."

"I wish I could give them 0 stars. I’ve never had so many issues with an insurance company before. Extremely surprised that they don’t have more negative reviews with the way they provide service. We asked for a home insurance QUOTE after comparing prices we decided to go with a different company. Next thing you know we get a bill in the mail. I called to remind them that we don’t owe anything as we never opened a policy with them. They told me you don’t have to pay it. I asked her if it will go to collections she told me she will take care of it and make sure it won’t be in collections. Couple weeks later we get a collections letter saying we still owe for the home insurance policy. I’ve been trying to figure this out with them for the past month or so and all the employees have just be throwing me from one person to another, telling me they’ll call back and never calling back with any answers. Seems like they just don’t want to admit their mistake. Would suggest to stay away from them to avoid any headaches and frustration."
