"The grounds are clean and the landscaping well-kept. The trees are mature and lovely, and birds thrive. Parking is a challenge for visitors but not impossible. The walls are thin, so choose your unit carefully. The apartments are updated as they are vacated, so the interior is fresh and like-new. Tenants are generally quiet, friendly, and respectful. This is a dog-friendly place. Most dog owners are respectful (and they scoop!), and there are a lot of interesting and polite pooches to meet. Grocery, hardware store, restaurants, YMCA, schools, medical/dental, and movie theater all within walking distance. Bus stops at the curb. A lovely place, all-in-all. Like all housing these days, Creekside is expensive. : /"
"No ac barely any parking small and too expencive the hot water is also running out very fast can't even enjoy a hot bath"
"Front office is incredibly rude. Office doors are always locked because they either don't work or are trying to avoid confrontation about issues regarding the apartments. 3/10 times calling them they'll actually pick up. The 24/7 number someone actually picks up but they don't know anything about the apartments and seem to have no idea what they even look like so they aren't much help. Don't bring any pets here ESA or not doesn't matter. Lots of Karens around who didn't realize pets were allowed and will do anything to get you thrown out. You can hear dogs barking throughout the day and sometimes at night. However knowing that pets were allowed when I moved in and myself having a pet. It never bothered me. However I get false reports of my dog doing a bunch of miscellaneous things that "Break the rules" from Karens that are afraid of dogs that didn't realize pets were allowed when they moved in so they do whatever they can to screw you over. Terrible pricing for what it is and what you'll have to deal with, disrespectful and lazy staff, unless you have 1 car in your household the parking situation is ridiculous and I won't even get started on that. I'm sure there's more but I think you understand. I seen the reviews before I moved in and thought that couldn't be me and sure enough you'll see if you move here it will. Maybe you won't have problems if: -You have no pets -You only have 1 vehicle -You don't have friends and family visiting more I can't think of off the top of my head. Good luck!"
"Onsite property manager Renee is extremely rude. Lives onsite, yet chooses to block a guest parking spot at the leasing office so she can double-park her van, and will yell at people on a Sunday (when the leasing office is closed) if they park there because it's next to her "reserved" spot. She also will yell at kids if they try to ride their bikes. Claims the public sidewalk that lines the main roadway is part of the complex and they can't ride there. Speaks condescending to people and acts like she owns the place. Extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. Do not recommend living here based on the current management."
"I have lived here for 5 years now and I think this is a pretty good place to live. A little over bearing on the rules for children, but we manage just fine since there is a school right next door for the kids to go play. Renee the manager has always been very kind to me, and Dell and William, the maintenance men have always came to my rescue whenever I have a problem with my apartment. The prices are high, yes, but that is the way economy is going right now. It's not the staffs fault for the high prices. We live in America, what more can you ask for."
