He will try to nickel and dime you, save your money and time and find another local property management. Anybody that gave this place five stars is definitely not a client, he probably just had a family member give them five stars… Very unprofessional!"

"ATTENTION MILITARY FAMILIES! Avoid these people. They are crooks. They took over for the old rental company my family rented from, otherwise I wouldn't have even dealt with them. My family and I lived at a property for over 2 years and paid over 700$ in cleaning before moving out to ensure we got most of our deposit back. We try to leave places better than when we arrived at them. So we were expecting to get at least most of our 1850 deposit back. They charged 1500 for PAINTING (aka normal wear and tear) and an additional 400+ for issues that were brought up prior to us moving out. Two issues that were already there when we moved in with the previous rental company. Another issue was brought up to an associate doing a virtual walk through for the next tenants. This individual told my wife it would be no problem. Suprise! They charged us anyway. Good luck getting ahold of them to solve any issues you have too. Extremely unhelpful on that subject. You will always get the run around and told to talk to someone else. Rent went up too. Hundreds of dollars, which is why we decided not to renew our lease. They will rob you blind. When I was deployed they tried to strong arm my then pregnant wife into signing a new lease because she had power of attorney. Like most of the reviews on here I agree they are shady. I'm willing to bet most of the "good reviews" are created by their own company to balance out their already bad rating. Your best bet is to try to get base housing, use ANY OTHER company, or live off island. Definitely avoid these people at all cost. Take this as yet another warning to add to the others on here. I plan to talk to the housing office on base to warn incoming sailors about these people. It's that bad."
