I advise anyone looking into the Central Apartment to definitely give them a call and tour the place because you’ll feel at home the second you walk in the door!"

"Super responsive and attentive office, friendly neighbors! Made move in a breeze, and were able to accommodate my lease needs. Location is great, only downside so far is wrangling a parking spot for moving in. Only just moved in, but one of my favorite buildings so far (and I’ve been in quite a few)"

"Although my initial move-in experience wasn’t the best (some issues with getting a parking spot assigned), the issue was prioritized and the leasing team found a prompt solution. I can imagine that dealing with a lot of resident requests must be stressful, so I think it says a lot when people can take the critical feedback and act on it, always maintaining a courteous and friendly behavior. Some highlights: - The apartment tour back in September was thorough. McKenzie and Jacques were nice and answered all my questions with a smile. - The welcome email was on time and informative, and I knew what I had to do before moving. - Despite a first-day issue with the garage remote, McKenzie made herself available on Sunday and replied to my messages promptly. - DeAna and Jacques helped with the garage space and went to scout directly for a better parking spot (I have an EV and needed a plug), which I appreciated. Also that fact by itself is a plus, since there are still a lot of places that can’t provide that option. So although I haven’t lived here long, so far I would recommend it based on the professionalism with which I was treated."

"My husband and I so excited to move to The Central. Aliesha is HANDS-DOWN the absolute best (work with her if you are interested in moving here). The property is beautifully maintained and the unit we have is absolutely stunning. Parking garage is spacious and the lounge on the 6th floor is super cute"
