"I was very frustrated in my mattress shopping experience in Texas. All the big box stores were trying to take advantage of me and didn’t make me feel comfortable. Buying a mattress and sleeping on the mattress is all about comfortability!!! Upon my google search I found box drop Bonney Lake and decided to give them a call…the manger/owner (not sure which) named Gary, answered the phone. He was very charismatic and full of energy! He ensured they were the BEST product and BEST price…I was Leary…but decided to give it a chance. The chance was 100% WORTH IT!!! I bought the mattress quick and easily over the phone and he even went to his store on a Sunday and processed my order for me! He then put it in a box and shipped it right to me door next day!! It was incredible! I opened the box and it was everything I could have asked for and more. The mattress unfolded and took shape within minutes. My wife told me she was going to start sleeping in the same bedroom as me again because I don’t snore on this memory foam mattress. I owe my sleep, reduced back problems and my marriage to box drop! Highly recommend. Ask for Gary!!"

We are older adults and she was so nice because that young woman moved the couch all around (one of modular ones) several times until I was sure that it would fit in our new smaller house. She was sweet and very generous with her time. She also never pressured us and was even willing to show us other options but I really loved the couch we bought."
