"I am a real estate broker with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. I have worked with countless contractors and strive to keep those relationships happy, excited and PAID in order to continue to work together. Sometimes things go sideways and that is just the nature of being in business. How one reacts when things go upside-down is where professionalism comes into play. I was really looking forward to working with Tanya Johnson, but have found that she is NOT a professional. I have requested money returned that she owes me from a deposit I paid for a home staging that I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I was told by Tanya that I would have that deposit back within 10 business days, it has been over three months and still no return of the 1,800.00 deposit. After several attempts of contacting Tanya; calling her, sending her emails, texts and private messaging, I am resorted to go this route. TANYA, PLEASE PAY MY DEPOSIT BACK! I know things are hard sometimes; Tanya has had surgery, has grandchildren who need help, a bookkeeping company with my incorrect address, lots of reasons for not paying me back...but spending ones deposit is just not professional! DO NOT pay Tanya Johnson anything until service is performed! DO NOT pay her a deposit, you may not get it back! If you need a different staging referral, I have plenty of them that are not Tanya!"
