"I have been a client of Brown & Brown for at least two decades. The service from this insurance agency, once good, has declined over that time, to the point that I am now seriously considering switching to another agent. The most recent case in point was last week, when I got mail from my insurance company telling me they are canceling my policies that cover two houses, multiple vehicles and a large umbrella policy, despite me paying about $15k in premiums in one annual payment every year and never having made a claim. I called Brown and Brown immediately and was told my agent there would get back to me. It’s the middle of the next week and she still has not. But an agent from State Farm called me immediately and has already scheduled a time to come see my property and meet with me this week to get me covered. Brown and Brown doesn’t appear to care too much about retaining a faithful client who pays huge premiums on time every year and has never made a claim. So I would not recommend this insurance agency."
