"Awesome daycare, Martha and her team are very professional caring and supportive of families, they have a wide variety of learning activities in their schedule, kids will never be bored without anything to do, they provide kids with healthy foods and snacks, her team has attention to detail keeping and maintaining a clean environment for the kids to stay healthy. "I do not recommend this daycare to anyone. The owner does not give you receipts or any paperwork when you ask. NEVER pay with cash because she does not report it and just pockets the money and then makes you pay more, acting like she never received it. Also, the area for the children to play in is very small and it seems unsafe for the kids. All of the meals she makes are not healthy and I've seen her many times, not wash her hands. I removed my son from her care because he hated being dropped off. At first I thought he just missed me but after a while, I noticed he was afraid of her. As soon as I put him in his new daycare I saw a total change in his mood. My son is so happy now at his new daycare, there's a ton of room to play with other kids, he loves his new teacher and has made alot of friends. So happy we left this place and I hope no one has to ever deal with this money hungry, unprofessional and rude owner. Sad for the children that still attend this hell hole and praying she.loses her license."

"I am so happy I found Martha and her teachers for my son and daughter. This is so much more than just a daycare / child care home. Martha and her team put in the extra effort to make it a multi-age preschool in a small classroom where all kids get a chance to learn many things, including Spanish, letters, numbers, reading, and more to prepare them for school. They also go on many field trips and have lots of different activities to keep the kids entertained. It is a very fun environment where they celebrate every single birthday and various holidays. Even though Martha and the team go the extra mile and make it like a preschool, it also has a very "home" feel, which is especially nice for kids that are new to daycare/preschool. Martha is very accommodating to special needs, including cloth diapering, potty training, and breast milk use. I would recommend that anyone I know send their kids to Rise and Shine, where all kids are treated like family."
