"Very nice center, we went for the tour and Candace helped us. She was so nice and helpful."
"Our experience with KidsnUS Marysville has not met our expectations. Interaction and individual accommodation need improvement, and toys provided are not age-appropriate. Witnessing teachers throwing food raises serious concerns about care and respect. Additionally, our family values limiting screen time, and we've noticed a discrepancy in this regard. I'm happy they have cameras otherwise I wouldn't even know what was going on in there. We hope this feedback prompts positive changes."
"WOW!!! This center exceeded anything I expected. I have a 6-year-old who has been in daycare since she was a newborn, and I am that mom that will find what's wrong and demand it's made right when it comes to my child. We have had our experience with nightmare centers (la petite) (KinderCare) and we have had an ok experience with another kids n us location but these employees deserve so much gratitude and probably a raise! They truly treat the kids like family, from the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave. I have to say stopping to chat with Kim and Kaylee on my way in and out sometimes is the highlight of my day! Whether I have had a good or bad day, whether my daughter is behaving or being shall I say challenging :), they are always there to listen, talk, laugh, or just vent with. My daughter only went for the summer program and I really wish she could have stayed longer!!! We love you guys!!!! Thank you thank you thank you, for loving my daughter and taking care of her!!! we will miss you all!! xoxoxoxo"
"Parents who have special needs children, please read. This is not the place for your child. I did my homework and looked around our area for the best care for my six year old son who is special needs. I filled out the form to go on a walk through and scheduled appropriately to view the facility. When we were at the facility and with the enrollment specialist, we explained our sons particular needs and at NO point did the enrollment specialist give us any indication that these would be an issue. My son is sociable and kind, follows direction easily, but requires assistance with toileting still. We filled out the paperwork, and were prepared to pay the exorbitant enrollment and tuition fees, as we were led to believe that this place was willing to meet the needs of our son. We started making arrangements and completed the paperwork, just to receive a phone call from an administrator to let me know that they are unable to offer the services needed to my son. It was explained to me that they don't have the proper licensing or staffing requirements to manage his care. They would be happy to do some research for other facilities, but unfortunately couldn't accept my son due to his need of toileting assistance. Seriously couldn't you have relayed the issues before hand when we did the walk through? What type of licensing do you need to assist a child with toileting? As a franchised and branded full care facility, you think that your licensing would cover these essentials. I don't like using the word discrimination lightly, but I truly feel that if I wouldn't have been honest and forthcoming with the words "Special needs" I wouldn't have been denied care."
"This is an amazing daycare all the staff are friendly and they even worked with me in changing my payments to something that worked with my pay days. My son loves all the teachers and is always telling me about the fun things they do they even have a quite time for home work which is awesome. I'm a single mom and general manager so it can be hard with the long hours I work but i have peace of mind knowing that my son is in this day care cause they treat us like family. I appreciate everyone of the employees here there awesome. Thank you for all for your hard work my son loves you guys and the food!!"
