"By far the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with and it’s a shame that they’re a company meant to help people and save lives. You’ll be greeted with rude remarks and made to feel like they don’t care about you. If you ever find yourself near their office in mt lk terrace looking for help, turn around and walk the other way you won’t get any. I’d recommend walking to the hospital before ever calling this unprofessional/uncaring company."
"My father is a dementia patient . A patient of of 5 strokes was diagnosed with 1 yr to live and is bed ridden . I called because Falck had been transporting my father from hospice and the hospital . Tonight my father's nurse told us we had to get my father to the e.r. so called to get help to move him to the hospital . I spoke to a lady at Falck she then told me that I needed to call 911 and get someone then to transport him . The lady was very rude . My parents insurance covers Falck and they have to pay full price for an ambulance move . The ambulance driver told my mother that if they transport him hospice may remove my father . The lady then said well our ambulance service will be to expensive for them anyway . Very very rude ."
"This was rather unsettling. I was trying to merge onto the freeway and I passed a Falck aid car that was traveling in the carpool lane. As I approached the freeway the car in front of me slowed way down, to about 45 mph, forcing the Falck driver to slow down as the carpool lane merged with my lane, essentially cutting him off at a very slow speed. I felt it was my fault but nothing more than an inconvenience for the Falck driver. Here is where it gets unsettling. The Falck driver was obviously annoyed so he proceeds to put on his siren and lights. I instinctively pulled to the right to let him pass believing he had a call. As he passes me he slows down to put his hands in the air and shrug his shoulders, essentially scolding me for making him slow down. So the next time I see a Falck aid car with it’s siren and lights on am I getting scolded or is it a real emergency? I would hate to be the guy in the back when someone refuses to pull over because they think the ambulance driver is just trying to impose his driving etiquette on him by pulling up beside him to scold him."
"At 10:30 this morning. I was almost t-boned by one of your drivers at 40th and Broadway in Everett, Wa. Your driver didn't have any lights or sirens on and ran the light headed South on Broadway. The vehicles in the right hand lane were completely stopped. Your driver blew through full speed, We barely missed each other.... I would be terrified if I or any of my loved were to be transported by your company."
