"We're not starting off well. January 21st and I have yet to receive a copy of my insurance card. But I'm supposed to register a PCP. How, exactly? Oh wait - I'm supposed to take MY valuable time to do THEIR job. I guess the hundreds I pay you every month just doesn't cut it?"

"If I could give a 0, I would. Have this insurance through my employer. Its horrible. No Primary Care doctors on their list is taking new patients. Many of the phone numbers don't work. Cant see a Specialist without a referral from primary care. Many calls to customer service just resulted in repeated sending of the same worthless list of providers. I have submitted grievances to the company and state health insurance commission, federal is next. What a scam. What other business gets away with taking your money without providing the services they say they offer. But hey..its only my LIFE here.."

"Had to fight with them to pay for cognative therapy after my husbands stroke. Then trying to find a provider is a challenge as their list is not updated. Called for an appointment with an optometrist and they had not been a provider for 5 years. We had them when we lived in Idaho and were great but once we moved to Washington they are bottom of the barrel."

"So far I’ve had a great experience with this plan. Customer service is very helpful, and I’m surprised that I never have to wait very long to talk to them about questions. Some insurance policies make you wait on hold for about 10 minutes before you even reach anyone. We pay for the navigator gold plan and I really think you get what you pay for. Not sure what these other people have as their plan associated with this company, but our experience has been great."

"if 0 stars was an option, i would give it that. The customer service cannot even tell me what and when benefits are paid, each customer service rep has a different version of whatever you are asking for. As we all know, medical insurance always involved jumping through hoops, but these guys take it to a whole new level. i have had this insurance for my daughter for only a few weeks and i am inquiring about getting my money back and putting her on a new plan. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!"
