"My bf and I were given the Royal treatment and tour of the Pent house suite on the 15th floor that can be rented for weddings, receptions, etc seating for 80 and sleeps I think 7 had full kitchen and bar all in one no hassle or drinking or driving for guests of wedding, reception, and then sleep ugh yes pls"

"I lived in several units in the building over the course of 4 or 5 years due to my expanding family. Since Alex took over and then bought this building the changes have been phenomenal! Even though he is still updating the building the people working in the building are always very nice and Alex is quick to solve problems. My AC went out in my new unit when I was in my second trimester and he had someone there that night to check it out, same thing when my heating had to be fixed. This is also the safest place I have ever lived honestly and we lived here with our 3 young children and yes, school buses do stop here. You have to pay for parking but we always parked across the street and the price is fair. The only issues we had would be on weekends but then again it is downtown so not bad parking wise for the area. If I could give more stars I would, do yourself a favor and rent here."
