"I’m a confirmed fan of Olympic Pharmacy. I have used a CPAP machine for more than 5 years. As a newcomer to Gig Harbor I needed to find a supplier that could facilitate my equipment needs. I’ve been struggling with mask leakage for an expanded period of time. Two consultations at Olympic have had great results. Additionally, I now know more of how I can take advantage of my AIRSENSE 11 and the app on my phone. Their service is above outstanding."

"I’ve tried to make this place work. I really like a couple of the pharmacists there. Even though I get the same medication every 30 days, they never have it ready and I have to wait. I had my doctor send it in 10 days early and write a note to be sure they had the medication in stock. It still took them 3 days to fill the prescription even though they had 10 days notice. I purposely take less medication than I should because I know there will be an issue. I finally came to my senses and realized, why am I doing this because of their incompetence. I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Its conveniently located but I’ll drive out of my way to make sure my healthcare is taken seriously."

"Continuously having issues with my son’s medical supply needs. We’ve talked to several employees in the medical supply department that seam to have zero clue as to what some of the medical supplies we are asking for are. They will tell us something’s on the way that is not. We are extremely unhappy with the services and will be not only contacting Tricare who they are contracted with to file a complaint, but looking for a new provider as this hasn’t seamed to get any better. My son who is 9 months old is sick and needs these supplies to eat and breath and for some reason this is seaming like a non priority to them and a joke."

"What are we doing here guys? Sitting in the drive through and both cars on either side of me are helped and moved to the next car before I’m even acknowledged while sitting in front of the screen. I’m not sure if you have a system in place to make sure you aren’t missing cars but if you do it’s not working. Going on 20 minutes and counting before being noticed."
