"Be prepared to wait, for everything. Use caution to prevent bringing home bed bugs. (I use tea tree oil on my shoes and isopropyl alcohol as a spray for my clothing) The small refreshment stop on the first floor has been closed. The tables are still there for quick meet-ups with attorneys or arranging documents. Be aware of your surroundings as there are panhandlers in and around the building. First half hour of parking is free, fifty cents per half hour after that up to a maximum of either $6 or $8. Lost ticket fee is maximum charge. Most offices do not validate parking. Cash only."
