From the beginning of the process (they came in well under other estimates and found a way to squeeze a half bath into our small house) to the end (a thoughtful goodie bag of bathroom accessories ) they showed great customer care and conscientiousness. Mike is a great, careful craftsman who is very willing to be flexible and to accommodate his clients’ vision for their project. He’s always punctual and they do what they say they are going to do. "After talking on the phone with Mike we were rather excited to work with them on the house that we’re purchasing. This house needed a rather large list of necessary repairs that would be no problem for them to handle. They had given us a decent estimate and were cordial in the fact that they suggested repairs that would greatly benefit us. Anderson and Noland had taken an extensive amount of time to get us a rough quote after initial inspection and an additional several days before we received an official proposal. The day that we received the proposal and asked that they adjust a few items that we discussed in person - they decided to pull out of the repairs. After 2 weeks of our bank and us waiting for the information back this has left us in a bind. It all came down to the fact that they didn’t want to go through the paperwork that our bank sent them to complete the job even though this was essential guaranteed money. We are mainly disappointed in the lack of professionalism by this company and do not recommend Anderson and Noland for banks looking to use them for any financed project."

"My wife, Tawny, and I had a fantastic experience with Anderson & Noland. We worked with Anderson & Noland to renovate our kitchen in our home we recently purchased. We met with multiple contractors, but immediately felt comfortable with Mike and Marla and decided to move forward with them. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. From the beginning to completion they helped guide us through the process of making decisions for designing the kitchen. They never interjected their opinions on what we should do. Instead, they listened to our ideas and requests and they provided opinions and advice when we asked for it.
