"Brandi and the crew at ISDC are like an extension of the family! My now 7 month old has been attending since 3 months when I went back to work. He smiles at drop-off every day! They worked with my schedule to transition him gently with lunch breastfeedings, and keep us up to date w webcam access and daily “observation report” forms, so no progress or issues go unnoticed/uncommunicated. They are easy to reach and genuinely care about each child’s safety and development. The facility and caregivers are covid-sensitive, with adjusted age grouping/rooming and hours to best manage the situation, daily temperature checks and exposure inquiries, and quick phone/text communications to families with updates as needed. I feel safe knowing they take precautions and are proactive in managing the space and child/family interactions.
