"Ethan Chapman and his team are consummate professionals. A 50 foot tree fell on my home in early January 2024, destroying an entire room and damaging two others, along with exterior damage. Chapman’s was on site the following day to facilitate tree removal and tarp the roof to prevent water damage while insurance estimated the repairs. Repairs included framing, roofing, drywall/sheetrock, vinyl, electrical, paint, gutters, and more. My goal was to avoid coming out of pocket for repairs (beyond insurance deductible), while bringing the house back to its condition prior to the damage. Ethan and team worked with myself and the insurance company to make that goal a reality. Chapman’s scheduled repairs to fit my hybrid work schedule. Ethan was very responsive, and communicated frequently. Repairs are now complete and the home feels brand new again. Can’t thank Ethan, Connor, Noah and the rest of the Chapman’s Construction team enough. Highly recommend."

"Andrew first helped us with our insurance company because we had hail damage and missing roofing shingles. Andrew then helped us with the scheduling. When it came time for the workers to arrive, they started promptly at 8 AM on the day scheduled. We had 28squairs of roof to replace and they accomplished all the work in one day. They also cleaned up everything before they left. The roof looks great and Andrew followed up the next day to confirm that we were satisfied with the results. Everyone was courteous and mindful of our gardens. No damage to anything. Great job."

"My roof was damaged during a hail storm and Cary helped me thru the insurance process every step of the way. Roofers were here on time and worked diligently for 2 days until it was done. It looks amazing. Clean up was good also. The gutter guys were a couple days late, but they did a great job when they got here. Aldo kept me informed with texts and pics throughout the whole construction phase. Really easy folks to work with and truly seem to be great guys! Highly recommend!"
