"About a month ago it was brought to my attention that my son chest had a bite mark with some bruising I was very concerned due to nobody being aware what happened or reporting anything when I asked about it. The next day a staff that was trying to figure out what happened told me about an another incident that I was not aware of involving my son falling off step stool. Recently on Friday I got a call when I was at work about my son falling off a step stool AGAIN and how he has a mark/bump on his forehead I am extremely upset. How is my one year old son having access to step stools with no one monitoring very very disappointed with this facility and lack of communication. Will not be continuing to take my son after these incidents."
"My son attended this daycare for over a year and he and I absolutely loved it! The staff always made him feel welcome and he really loved his teachers. Every morning he was super excited to go. Unfortunately I had to unenroll him because I just couldn't afford it anymore. But I would definitely recommend this daycare to other parents!"
"The director Kristen is extremely unprofessional. I have yet to even meet her since my child went to the school age center. However, when asking about a bill that they sent to collections without even sending me a bill. She could not even give me any straight answers and made excuses. Not to mention the extremely rude tone. I felt attacked just by questioning why a bill was not sent from almost a year ago. Honestly, just by this interaction I would never send my child to this childcare center. Management sets the tone for a business. This person should not be in a director’s position. She is incapable of customer service. As after reading some of the other reviews prior to submitting this one I see that from other negative reviews there is a common denominator aka the director Kristen."
"My son attended WLL from 3-12 months. With the baby room, I had minimal issues as a parent. Once my son was a year old, he was moved to the 1 year old room (and consistently moved back to the baby room without my knowledge. I specifically asked for this not to happen) A poorly supervised and dirty room. Zero integrity on the teacher's part. Over ratio in the morning. My child was screaming every day I dropped him off, unless it was directly to Sarah (an angel). He had a different teacher every day. They let outside food into the center, which is against their own policy. The only thing I heard over the sound of his screaming was the sound of the over-bearing and incredibly rude/non-responsive director. She would be in the 3 year old room, demanding and yelling and talking down to the children. In a way that I specifically requested she never be an active teacher in the room with my son. Fast forward to this year, doing my taxes. The previous year I had a print out because I was a parent. I called to ask where my childcare receipt was for taxes. I was abruptly told by the director that they had been mailed the day before and I was not able to get numbers over the phone or go into the center and get a print out. Ok. That's fine. Dumb, but fine. I called a week later. It was "in the mail". No it's not. Then I called a few days later and was told my message would be passed on to the director to resend or tell me what was going on. No call. Nothing. I never got my tax form. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Removing my child from this center was one of the best parenting choices I've made. I hope you like your child's teacher on their phone the entire day. Low standards in a well-meaning place."
