"Phenomenal quallity! I looked all around, and these are the best. Stick-built on your property, with customized upgrades. Ross built it in a week; hard worker, smart and courteous. The managers even came to the site, at my request, for confirmation and site prep advice. I wanted one to last, so they showed me how to optionally dig for concrete block footings myself and I think that really helped, though not required. Katie in the sales staff was very responsive to my questions over email, and the web-based program they used showd a 3-D visualization so that all expectations were clear. We really like our shed! The three most important things to me in selecting a shed builder were (i) communication, (ii) quality of work, and (iii) price, and CYB hit all three of those criteria out of the ballpark! If you are designing a shed, I would recommend visiting CYB's lot in Garner to view the different standard shed options and also to use their 3D online design program, which were both helpful in picking the shed type and add-on options I selected. My shed was built in the spring of 2023, and the lead time from order to build date was 6 to 8 weeks and Mark painted it 6 to 8 weeks after it was built."

"Carolina Yard Barns did an absolutely fantastic job on my shed. I had them build a custom built on site shed that measures 12x24. I had custom 9-light double barn doors installed in both the front and side and 7 custom 3x3 windows installed throughout the shed. Now, most builders are manufactured sheds. I didn't want that. Carolina Yard Barns was great to work with all the way through. The gent who built this shed by himself from top to bottom took 4 days. Let that sink in on a huge shed with 8 foot side walls. The painter Tara and Co recommended had the caulking and painting done within a few days. Absolutely fantastic construction and dedication to quality by the builder. I'm very happy. I will say that the permit process from wake county is a pain in the butt. Make sure you understand and ask for help because a layman like myself struggled hard and Tara and co helped get it done. But budget 3-5 months for the permit stuff to come through."
