"I was there the other day and this lady seemed to be training a new employee at the pharmacy, I heard her saying mean comments about some Hispanic old men that were shopping she was making fun of them because they did not speak English, I asked around about who that lady was and they said she is the manager in pharmacy, I am not sure about her name, but I think they should fire her, I could tell she was making the new employee super uncomfortable."
"This Pharmacy used to be one of the best in Hood River. But something has changed over this last year or so. I don’t know if it’s management or disgruntled employees but they are lazy about getting things done. Customer service is poor. The wait time is crazy long. I have even heard the Drs offices complain about dealing with them. I guess it’s time to start shopping for a new pharmacy. I will be writing corporate Walmart with my concerns maybe they can make some changes."
