"I attended a retirement party. The venue was very nice to be in a warehouse type building. Unfortunately; the parking situation was horrible. The caterer did an excellent job with the food. Everyone totally enjoyed themselves. I would consíder using this event venue if the need arises."

This venue is industrial and fully indoors, with a sizeable outdoor patio. The accent wall displaying a train is a great local touch, and the team is always friendly and helpful!"

Everyone was great from Suzanne to her two staff member on Sunday. All the guests talk about how nice the place was. Beautiful venue. If I ever need to host another event I would definitely come to The Durham Exchange."

"I rented the Wedding Exhange to host a joint bridal shower for a pair of sisters. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responded almost immediately to all emails (even when they weren't in the office.). They were also extremely accomodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the brides to be. I highly recommend this venue for your most intimate events."
