"If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company sent us to collections for a bill of less than 200 dollars that we had no idea we had. They sent no e-mails, never called us or sent us physical mail to alert us of this. We only found out when a debt collector sent us a letter. Not only that, but they waited 7 days after the payment was delinquent before sending it to a collector. A decent business would wait 3-6 months before doing that. We're responsible, we always pay our bills on time, this negatively affects our credit score for 7 years. We welcome someone from the company to contact us and make this right."

I was able to get in to get assisted the same day my dad called them to check their availability.
