"Not too bad. The windows open and you can find a nice, breezy place to study. People write encouraging notes on the restroom doors, chalk and whiteboards are available, you can use the surround sound system in classrooms. A few downsides are that the ceiling is unfinished, some of the room numbers are out of order, and the building is locked on weekends."

"The outside of Phillips is very gorgeous, but its internal character is lacking. I took physics in here and let me tell you... nothing is more depressing than leaving a physics studio and getting into those hallways WHEW! However, their bathrooms are very cute and the ideal local for a mirror selfie for the gram. Word on the street is that there are not walls in between the urinals, so if you are pee-shy, take that with a grain of salt."
