"These guys suck! Typical big developer that doesn’t care about the people or the communities they ruin with their McProjects. They are a nightmare during construction. They leave trash piling up on the job site, and neighboring properties, set porta potties on neighboring properties, destroy the natural grade and leave neighboring properties with a mess, set up fencing outside of their property, block use of alleys, and have zero respect for the neighbors and their rights. They have a whole PR team to “sell” the residents and zoning on their projects then hide behind “the city approved it go get a lawyer if you don’t like it”. Even when they are in the wrong and know it. They count on their size to intimidate you into letting them do what they want. I have been cussed at and threatened by their site representative whom i was directed to to try and discuss concerns. They are going to make millions off of this project and don’t care about any collateral damage. In fact they seem to go out of their way to cause inconvenience and issues for us. I welcome contact to discuss this. In fact I have requested multiple times that someone reach out so we can all be on the same page. Your representative on site has refused to make any attempt to resolve this conflict and has escalated it. As for your accusation that I have damaged your property that is a complete lie."
"My out of town clients purchased a Hopper Townhouse.... and I am so glad they did! From the first introduction with Tricia to my final walk through with Jacob, the experience was top notch. It started off with Tricia meeting me on her day off..... true dedication. She continued that customer service throughout the transaction. And then Jacob picked up the ball from there and knocked it out of the park! Our punch list meeting went so smoothly because the home was so well prepared. His attention to detail was awesome and none of my requests were considered too petty. He personally took ownership of the project. Thank you Tricia and Jacob you guys are great!!!!"
