After completion, the home was the recipient of the 2022 Preservation Award for exemplary rehabilitation from the Historic Wilmington Foundation. Their business practices and pricing policies were fair and honest. Their construction methods and workmanship were exceptional. To a person, their crews were a pleasure to work with and highly skilled. They stand behind their work and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer."
