"If i could give less then 1 star i would. When Rosa worked there i loved it she was on top of EVERYTHING. Now my kids stuff is missing all the time my infants bottles are mixed and 2 went missing my daughter clothes go missing her favorite blanket and comfort toy. My infant has bruises. Etc. Staff don't know anything lie about everything make excuses up. And are super unprofessional there is maybe only 2 staff there that know what they're doing everyone else there is a different story. At this point it's a joke to them they don't care for your kids and my daughter rarely goes out with her coat outside in crappy weather conditions. If you care for the safety of your kids don't take your kids here. The staff that left here I keep in touch with and the stuff they told me that go in house is insane if higher up that's actually way higher up like the owner came he would have fired every single person"
"I miss the old Director this new one needs to learn how to talk to Parents the right way"
"My daughter has been going to this daycare for about 2 years now and the experiences I’ve had when Rosa was the director I was very happy with this daycare and had little to no problems. Now whoever new management is I have quite some things to say. I have gotten numerous emails the day before a Monday with no heads up or anything to let me know that their are staffing shortages and my child won’t be able to go the next day (thanks for the heads up kids world) which has made it significantly hard for me to hold down a job. They also call you when it gets too hot inside the building to come pick your child up because the CEO Heather Powell has refused to find the funds for an AC. Now they are just completely shutting down their preschool program and now I have about 2 months to find a new daycare or I will be completely screwed. (Every other daycare in town has a long waiting list but it would have not been an issue if they informed me about this earlier). I am so utterly disappointed with this daycares willingness to be professional and to be accommodating. Clearly they do not care at all about other parents and their schedule and seem to have it flipped backwards and think it is our job to accommodate them. And if you’re going to shut down your programs or classes it would probably be better if you were to give advance notice and not just the night before a Monday so parents can let their employers know and not just have to call out of work because “my daycare is having issues again). Upon our time with kids world my daughter has gotten bitten and scratched multiple times, has had her things missing. if you can do not send your child here. Also too the daycare director is almost impossible to get a hold of because she seems to never be in the office. It’s almost like this daycare knows that they’re a last resort or the only resort to struggling single parents and take advantage of that. If you do unfortunately have to use kids world be prepared to be constantly called in to come pick your child up for ridiculous reasons, the first Thursday of every month is “teacher appreciation day” so be prepared to have to pick your child up early that day. They’re closed every single holiday and will charge you a late fee if you’re late to picking up your child. And then be prepared to get a random email at 9pm on Sunday night to inform you that your child’s daycare is closed the next day due to staffing. Update: I was finally able to pull my daughter out of this daycare. For the last remainder of her weeks there I kept getting “dirty looks” from all the teachers. Every day when I would pick her up she would come running up to me telling me that she has a “poopy” aka she had literally been sitting in feces and would develop rashes on her bottom because of it, other times she would be completely covered in food and one day I picked her up and she was outside in 40 degree weather with no coat in. The new director with red curly hair cornered me in the hallway one time trying to make me feel guilty for taking my daughter out of the school. I would literally drop diapers off for her and they would text me the next day that they need diapers. This place is an absolute mess. And I am so glad that my daughter does not have to attend this unlawful of an establishment anymore."
"Mixed feelings about this place, my child seams to be regressing. Little bit with loud grunts, reverting to baby-talk, amoung other things like bullys, i can only picture learned there. At least its not fir creek day camp."
"My toddler loves it here. They are affordable and the director is very nice and professional. I wish they would park their vans somewhere else because they take up half the spots in the small parking lot."
