"I used to buy all my shipping boxes there to run my business. So disappointed to come I'm every week to see 2 sizes scattered through the whole box section. I'm tired of asking for you to bring them down or go to the back. Now instead of getting my boxes 2 miles from my house I have to travel to go pick them up. A manager of shipping service in Marysville also says to me, don't go to Staples you won't find what you need. Is stocking boxes really that difficult? Stopped by again today to buy boxes, again, shelf empty. Dec 2nd"

"I come in for the simplest order. The first guy did it no problem at all, the second time i came in for the same exact thing, had the gal pull up last months order so that it would come out the same price and the same style. She couldnt figure out how to scan it. Asked me to send a digital copy. So now ive wasted my time coming in, sent the digital copy and i should have gotten a confirmation already (Its been 24 hrs now). No confirmation, I call to see what is happening as my order is semi time sensitive... the guy on the phone says "Oh emails are the last thing they check during the day" ok so i should have had a confirmation yesterday evening. I asked if I could come in to just do it in person and was told they wouldnt have time for that today. I dont need it today, i just wanted to start the process today. Thanks for wasting my time with bad customer service. Lost a monthly customer"
