The second time I felt discriminated against, I was denied because according to her I didn't understand anything to which she was answering me perfectly and the translator understood everything I was talking about and translated without any complications, terrible service."

"I love my doctor and the staff that work in this office. They really have my best interest in mind... however the reception has been just this past year or so, transferred to a main switchboard for all multnomah county clinics. I can no longer even get an appointment, and definitely can't leave a message for my doctor or anyone in her office. I have problems refilling meds, getting emergency appointments and haven't been to see her for about a year, because whoever answers the phone doesn't care. I was sick for almost a month and had got out of a hospital stay and apparently I still wasn't bad enough for the receptionist to schedule me with my doc."
