Comfort Inn Kirkland

"The room is clean and comfortable. Service is really good. I'm driving, so idk about public transport. But I feel the location is convenient to go anywhere as it is located in the middle of Kirkland, Bellevue and Redmond. The most important thing is its decent price! I would recommend anyone to try it!"

"Loved the room. Very well furnished/equipped/decorated. Highlight of my stay. Decent breakfast. Tea/coffee/lemonade/news paper near the front desk. Also a computer there for guests. The only downside is there's no elevator. Not a big issue for me but may be for others. Shaquilla at the front desk was very pleasant to chat with every time when I checked or extended my stay. April was very kind during checkout. Already looking forward to my next stay."

"The beds were so soft that you sank into them in an uncomfortable way. The only nice thing about it was the location. Room look old and outdated. TVs were small and the remotes hardly worked. I would have been better off sleeping in my car."

"We stayed here twice. Although we enjoyed our first stay, the second one was badly marred by a nonfunctional shower. We couldn't get hot water no matter how long we let the shower run. At best it got semi-lukewarm, but then it would vacillate down to cold again. We asked for some help from the front desk, but got nothing other than the suggestion of just letting the hot water run for a while (tried, failed) and an offer to change our room (it was already too late in the night). It is tremendously disappointing to no longer be able to have any confidence in this hotel. We should be back here next week and we're going to have to look for another room. You've got to have a functional shower when you book a hotel, and we can't count on this one anymore."

"We were so blessed to have been able to stay here. We were in the middle of moving to a new rental when we got there, the heater didn't work and there ended up being a burst pipe in the garage. Suffice it to say, with the weather being so cold and snowy we were very lucky to have found this place. A nice room, with heat and a king size bed...and this morning a Continental breakfast!!! We had stayed at a Choice Inn in Wenatchee in September when our son got married. I look forward to staying at a Choice Inn next time too!"
