"Filthy place, sleeping under a bridge would be better. I found this place while looking for a place to stay while we visited our grandson in Bonny Lake, this appeared to be the closest motel to where he lived and may have been but it was undoubtly the filthest motel we have ever had the misfortune to stay in. We drove from Colorado and strayed at a number of Motels on our way to Sumner. This was absoutely the worst on our entire trip. The room was filthy, the front desk was only slightly better. The staff was extreamly rude and could care less about the customer. The place seemed to be the local hangout for Sumners druggies. Torn bedding, semi clean towels - paper towls may have been better, curtains barely hanging on window. Referigater had someones leftover dinner, tv hanger still on the wall while the tv sat on a table.The furnishing looked like left overs from a Good Will store."
"Absolutely Dive! Way over priced. Don't want to even tell you the gross details about my experience. And the loud Tweeker who stayed up all night moving hotel furniture and yelling all through the night."
"Location wise this outdated motel isn't poorly situated. The room was clean but there wasn't anywhere to hang your clothes. On a Saturday night at 10:17 pm there was a worker doing renovations..banging on the wall and I wanted to use the room phone but it wasn't working. I used my cell phone to call the front desk, complained about the noise and received an apology. Unbelievable that this would renovations would take place on a Saturday night past 10 pm!"
"Experience over all, it isn't what I expected. Had to look for the housekeepers to do service. Only one out of the five would stop by everyday but, that person only works every other two weeks. Room is nice and clean until the ants comes out and invades it. Don't leave anything out, or ants will invite themselves in"
"The woman that checks you in at night spent more time in her room than being there for patrons. Web site says free coffee from 6am to 10pm. That's a joke. The woman again said well I don't make coffee or tee before 8am.. the place kinda ducked to say the least.."
