"Thanks for taking such good care of my old pup in the middle of the night last night. The vet was very thorough, patient, and calm with my dog, and she is now 100% back to normal after his recommendations. He also only did the minimum necessary testing (although I was offered more if I wanted it, which I appreciated) which meant that I walked out of an emergency vet appointment (with meds!) paying not much more than I have for annual check ups. I would absolutely go back here again, and I am grateful to have gotten in here last night when I needed it."

"I have a six year old Corgi who started declining in his activity and was becoming very anxious with movement. After a week of concern, I was referred to BluePearl. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours after phoning the clinic and was given a diagnosis and options for treatment. Dr. Hicks was able to explain the nature of my dog’s condition and I felt well informed to make a decision on his care. We chose the option of surgery and my dog was operated on later that day. While this was the most expensive option, I felt the overall cost was reasonable given the nature of the surgery. My dog is now on the road to recovery and I’m so thankful to Dr. Hicks and his tech Emma. They took great care of my dog. I highly recommend BluePearl."

"I could not be more impressed with this ER staff. The pared down story - our 11.5 year old dog abruptly fell over one night in clear distress. We drove 30 minutes in a panic here bc Olympia vets were full/closed. The staff here took our girl back immediately upon us getting to the counter and rushed her into care. The ER doctor on that night was so wonderful with his gentle explanations and kept us updated promptly. We wound up having to say goodbye to our pup that night and the staff at Blue Pearl made it the best experience something traumatic like that could have been. From the front desk staff, the nurses/techs, to the doc, everyone was gentle with us and helped us feel supported along the way. The doctor helped us talk through options and expected outcomes. He made us feel like whichever choice we made was the right choice. They kept our girl stable until we could get her dog sister up so we could all say goodbye together as a family and help our remaining dog process the sudden absence of her sister. Thank you Blue Pearl. We just picked up her ashes and appreciate the presentation, packaging, and gentle care of a different receptionist as she helped us. We would 100% come back here for any future emergency needs."

"Went there and had a staff lie to me saying that they could save my puppy, we were told, "she wasn't in bad shape" from the injury. After they sounded convincing, I went on to pay 3k up front just to have my puppy with the same symptoms 24 hours later. After 3 days of ups and downs trying to be optimistic, we had to pay another $500 to put our 3 month old puppy to sleep. I feel they take advantage of people emotions, to make us feel there's a chance just to get your money. In reality, there was never a chance. R.I.P to our little baby pomeranian"
