Reviews
"I never leave bad reviews but this was so unacceptable. My room was quite dirty-it even had dirty stained dried towels hanging over the shower rod and something splattered on the wall. I asked to be moved but they were fully booked and assured me they would send housekeeping up. Nobody ever came. I ended up purchasing cleaning wipes and doing it myself so I could take a shower-which had someone else’s hair still stuck to the walls. So gross. Will never stay here again."
"Slowest hotel internet I have ever experienced speed was 2 Mb/s had to use wireless hotspot through entire stay. Bed was dented in but I may be a little more sensitive than most to that. Otherwise hotel was nice I enjoyed the pool and the dry sauna."
"Staff were great. I stayed for a weekend conference. When I arrived on a Friday night, the receptionist who checked me in was kind, and thorough about what was located where. A housekeeper greeted me my first morning there and it was a pleasant start to my day. I felt the hotel decor was dated but that didn't bother me as I wasn't on the way to, from or currently vacationing. The hotel is conveniently located by many restaurants...you can take your pick. One perk of being in Southcenter. The hotel also kept our group supplied with hot beverages and water which was nice. Why the 3 stars then... There are signs throughout the parking lot about cars being broken into. During the first day of my conference, the presenters warned us to check our cars as another attendee had their car broken into at the last training held here. On my second morning, I arrived back at the hotel from grabbing a quick breakfast to a police car parked at the entrance. There also appeared to be a condom on the sidewalk in the parking lot. Lastly, as my stay came to an end and I walked to my vehicle, a man was walking through the parking lot yelling obscenities and appearing to be agitated. When I returned to report this to one of the hotel clerks on duty, she seemed to look dazed at why I might be sharing this information with her."
"I stayed here one night and this is my review. Pros: The Night Manager Steve checked me in with a friendly face and cookies. (Always appreciate). The shuttle drivers were also pretty prompt and helpful. Cons: The rooms are large but super outdated. That isn’t a deal breaker. Our bathroom and refrigerator was pretty dirty. There was hair left on top of the toilet seat (my bf wiped it down prior to me taken a photo). The door knobs looked like they haven’t been wiped down in a while. The fridge looked like it had been neglected from the prior stays. I would have given this place 3-stars on a normal day because it’s not a terrible hotel but it was a tad bit too dirty for my liking."
