"Wow, wow, wow! There aren’t enough words to say about this place. From the front desk service, to the bed turn down service, this place was incredible. The views of the sound from a corner room were A+, the big soaking tub with the waterfall from the ceiling was unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and the bed/pillows/sheets were like sinking into a cloud."

"The rooms are beautiful and the staff was lovely. I wasn’t aware the hotel is dog friendly. I love dogs but there was one barking incessantly and loudly while we were trying to relax upon arrival from a long flight. It’s just inappropriate at a nice hotel. Maybe more the owner’s fault than the hotel. Worse than the dog was the old food left in our refrigerator. It smelled like fish. They were nice enough to move us to a new room. Well, that room also had old food left in the fridge. It made me wonder how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned."

"To start off the staff was absolutely phenomenal that was the most redeeming quality about this facility! The Linens smelled so heavy of fragrance that when you drive your hand on a hand towel your hand smells like dryer sheets, the bedding smelled so heavy in fragrance that I had to go buy my own sheets and blanket to remake the bed! The food was lackluster at best and way overpriced! They were not very accommodating or able to Grant requests very easily! The bathrobes were so uncomfortable that it felt like you were almost wrapped in a pliable cardboard."

"Great hotel, the recent renovations are stunning. Services were incredible and highly recommend the water view rooms that actually do have a nice water view of the Puget Sound port. The location is a challenge for street noise so definitely expect some of that during the night."

"Overall, we were happy with our stay here. Our room was immaculate and I appreciated the 2 bedroom layout for our family of four. Had one minor incident when housekeeping/room service barged into our room in the evening, waking up my child. Centrally located, within walking distance to Pike Place Market and a vast array of restaurants."
