"Planning a trip to Seattle then definitely avoid this place as a disease. So after a long tiring bus ride when we reach the hotel the room was not ready and when we expressed our concern to the receptionist (who was considerate and sweet). The Manager of that place started texting us saying to leave the hotel, accusing us for us being mean and even the staff doesn’t like him. So we did check out right that moment as it didn’t feel safe at all. So if the higher authority is reading this then definitely get a new manager. Who actually treats customer nicely. Thank you for ruining our experience of that hotel and want to bring it to everyone’s attention to avoid this place."
"Attended a concert nearby, and the hotel's location was perfect. Room was clean, updated, and cozy, and street parking was very easy to find. The only thing I would mention is if your room shares a wall with the bathroom, you will hear some noise (shower running, etc.). Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area."
"It was amazing!! Michael was incredibly helpful!! Polite, respectful and very friendly. Whatever I needed, Michael helped me. The place was well located, closed to a great coffee shop called Bean and Bagel where I had a tasty chai latte. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean (I stayed at the European style room - which is private room with shared bathroom)."
"We are very happy with the College Inn Hotel. We needed a place close to the university hospital, and being in a strange city, we were worried about safety. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were glad to find you have to have your pass card just to get in the building. And once in, it was wonderful to see how clean and well maintained everything is. I was concerned with sharing a bathroom, but my worries were unfounded. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay again, and I will continue to tell the people I know if they need a place close to the hospital. It is both affordable. Close to the hospital and very, very clean."
"I was very impressed with the short stay I had at the College Inn. I was in Seattle for an unfortunate cancer surgery for my brother at UW hospital and the College Inn was very close to the hospital, was very communicative through Expedia (who I booked through) and was a super cute place. They had a shared bathroom option but also rooms with bathroom/shower which I chose. The check in was super easy, the room was clean, and had a fun college vibe of course because of the area. They had a loft with a kitchen, sitting area, coffee, which was very nice. I felt safe and even though parking is not great in the Seattle area, they had a parking option which was great so I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot. I highly recommend."
