"I had contacted the company in august 2022 to clean my parents headstone, they cashed my check and I have called 8 times over the last year and the stone still hasn't been cleaned, despite the promises that it would and pictures would be sent to me, requested a refund and I'm still waiting to hear. Maybe they were reliable in years past, but I would not now or ever request their services again. Extremely unreliable."
