"This hotel is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. The beds feel like you’re sleeping on concrete, the bathroom doesn’t look cleaned, there was an older lady in the stairwell coloring and smoking when I went to let me family in that wouldn’t move, clearly on drugs. The people above us were bouncing balls all night. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Would never stay here again! Need to get my child to the children’s hospital on one hour of sleep!"

"Friendly, inexpensive, convenient, clean, very well staffed. Nice people. Always saw staff out and about. Comfy bed. Area is a bit rough but staff was always visible and active in securing hotel. Good food. A bit worn down. Have stayed here in past, just spent six nights. Building could use update, particularly door seals against freeway noise (i was on South side, north side quite, but no expansive view like south.) Overall, I'm always happy here. Thanks Renee, Makimi, and everyone else! Great stay."

"It's not a safe environment. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was worn out, and the bed felt like sleeping on the pile of rocks. Noise was very loud and at times felt like they were in the same room as you. I would say that the time to remodel the property has long been overdue. At this point, Best Western is just stealing from the public. Find a different place to stay if at all possible."

"After staying here for a month, I love this place. All of the staff has been very wonderful. They're always smiling and helpful. The place is cleaned every day like a hospital. They have shuttles to the hospitals downtown for medical guests. The breakfast bar varies with hot food everyday the staples of hot cereal, cold cereal and a yogurt despenser with fresh toppings for everything is displayed so nicely. It's inviting and to come down to in the morning. They have security onsite every night. The building is only accessible by key cards in the evenings, and only at the front entry way. Super clean rooms. Quick ride to downtown. Right off the freeway. They have very spacious suites with full-size kitchenettes. Pet's welcomed with deposit. They do have a weight limit. Laundry facilities are free for guests and a nice clean gym with equipment and free weights as well. The best part is the attitude of the staff is always pleasant, friendly with a willingness to help their guests. I love this place and their customer service is outstanding. Bonus, the Saffron Grill is in the parking lot. White tablecloth service with amazing food and specialty cocktails. Yummy"

"Had the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel before. The first room smelled awfully like cigarettes, immediately requested a transfer and the front desk was very accommodating. We went to the lobby to get our new key cards, went to the new room, but the cards didn't work. We returned to the lobby, and a different individual was helping us. He replaced the cards, but they didn't work again. We returned to the lobby and he told us we were trying the door, I insisted we were trying the correct room number, so he replaced the key cards and said "they should work now." However, as we attempted for the third time, with different cards, to access this room, we were denied access. As we walked into the lobby for the fifth time this evening, neither front desk attendant were present. I said "hello?" multiple times, the male was in the back loudly having a personal phone call, obviously ignoring us. I continually called out, requesting for assistance, but no one came. After fifteen minutes of waiting, the female attendant returned and granted us a refund before apologizing for the male's lack of professionalism. All I wanted was to settle in to our room and relax for the night but we couldn't even get inside. Absolutely unacceptable. Grateful for the girl's humility and apology, but it felt like too little too late."
