"Can I give more than 5 stars? This hotel was a delight. The service was hands down the most gracious and attentive and genuine. It is a beautiful hotel and I wanted to just hang out there and relax for hours. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room had such thoughtful details like a hook to hang the shower curtain away when in the whirlpool tub! I cannot wait to return."
"This hotel is thee most STUNNING I have ever stayed in. I originally booked it because the bar in the picture resembled that of Stephen King’s The Shining and in person, it is more than expected. The massive lobby and entryway is breathtaking. The ambiance and roaring fire in the back gives business, but comfort. The service from the staff was impeccable. Jon and Kevin are absolutely amazing and made me feel welcome, even with the minor changes that needed to be made. The room was very clean and the tub was massive and enjoyable. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable and the view of the city was beautiful from my window!!! The breakfast!! Was unbelievable!! Roasted rosemary potatoes, eggs, sausages, fruit, etc etc: everything was fresh and very well cooked! I loved my stay here and I have raved to everyone I know about it! I intend to stay here again when I am in Seattle!"
"Absolutely beautiful and very unique hotel. The room was perfect, the pillows and bedding were amazing, service was excellent, breakfast was delicious. Perfectly sized bathtub for relaxing at the end of the day. Our favorite part of this hotel is the bar and lounge area (great ambiance and soft jazz). This is our new staycation destination. Highly highly recommend!"
"We came here for the candlelight show which was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous facility. The detail of the rooms were incredible. Only complaint was the bar. Very slow service. When having an event, I would have thought there would be more than 1 line at the bar to order a drink. Took half hour in line. Not to mention, there was no signage of the event being upstairs nor there being a bar upstairs. But still, lovely place."
"Loved this hotel. The staff was top tier! Very friendly, helpful, and ALWAYS smiling. The room and atmosphere was so fancy and just a whole wow factor for this small town girl. The one bummer though, was the breakfast. It didn't look anything like the photos, and the taste...well that was not that great either. With how nice the hotel is, their breakfast buffet was not up to par. Otherwise, I loved this hotel and will definitely recommend it! The staff, with how friendly they were, definitely made it a great experience compared to other hotels I stay in."
