"Anthony is an absolute legend as he welcomed us in and explained all the benefits of my Hilton honors aspire credit card and how I can apply them to this hotel. $40 a day for the restaurant and some drink coupons as well as more. He also helped us check in early and he was very friendly!! So thankful to have his support! My gf and I will be back!"

"Great location! The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The walls are pretty thin, so you might hear your loud neighbors. The rain shower was nice but low pressure. I did have issues with access to the garage, but the staff were always available to help and resolve quickly. My overall experience was good!"

"Family of five; two adults and three kids under ten years of age. The best part of our stay was the location of this hotel. As for the hotel itself, we were expecting more. The building and lobby set the stage, but fell through with the hotel room. We stayed on the 6th floor in a 2 queen bed studio suite. The carpet is black and I still saw a lot of dirt. The couch was noticeably dirty that my kids didn't want to sit on them. The beds sagged toward the center and were extremely uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, however I would not stay here again."

"Having the restaurant on the 5th floor was really convenient for breakfast. The view from our room was great, and it was close to the monorail, Pikes place, Starbucks, the docks... By far the most easy and fun trip of my life. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Housekeeping was on top of it, everyone was nice, and the lobby store had almost everything I needed. Pricey place, but I enjoyed it. They've got a fire pit and a gym too! 10/10 would recommend."
