"My daughter has been going here for about four months. I absolutely LOVE this daycare. My daughter is in the early preschool room and she loves it. She talks about wanting to go see her friends and teachers all the time. I was worried about her starting because she had never been away from her father or I for more than a couple hours and a few occasions, but she immediately loved it. The only concern I have is that sometimes they let her play outside and don't put her rainboots on. But I totally understand that dealing with a bunch of toddlers, it can sometimes be tricky. This is a great daycare and I would recommend it 1000 times over."
"If you are a member of a military family wife especially don’t work here. I got few friends who worked there as sometimes the flexibility wasn’t given to them instead holding it against them. I mean husband are serving for our country should we be a little bit flexible for military spouses? Plus it’s not clean! And children there are not well behave director etc…allowed kids to be disrespectful to workers no wonder why several are Quitting."
"My wife and I work and sometimes she's off early and some are later days. My 1 year old son was at this location for nearly (3) weeks before we found a new daycare that properly looks after children. Here is a list of problems: -Hours of operation. The closing times listed did not line up the DCYF website, which is 6:30 pm which works with the state. We didn't ask questions beforehand because the times listed on the website which works with the state of Washington, was an official website. They put my wife and I in a panic mode because the called us to come get him at 5:30 pm when they advertise 6:30 pm. That really made me angry. -Diaper rash TWICE. They did not change my son's diaper and when we inspected his bottom he had diaper rash twice. The person in charge, which we told during my son's last day about this by my wife only Apologized. My son had us up all hours of the night because of this. So failure on them for not changing his diaper and failure on us for even trusting them.. - Dirty cloths. We ensured he had enough clothes for every single day he's there and the staff did not change his clothes. He had food stuck to his clothes and snotty nose caked in dried snot just left there. A little girl his age was in the same condition. We trust these people with our babies and this is how we are treated? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about the livelihood of their children. I mean, just look at the star review here on Google. ***In response to the Owner, I DO NOT have the wrong company. I definitely have the right company. This is exactly why i am not impressed with the service and attention to detail of your company, because if you were the owner, you would do an extensive investigation to find out which parent shares my last name and has had a child attend your daycare, instead of telling me "I have the wrong company!" We did in fact discuss the matter with the person in charge at the time, and the only thing that person did was apologize. So now, we have found quality service and there is no need for me to call. My son's name is Eric and his mother is my wife and shares my last name. She was the primary parent. With that information you should be able figure that out. Now if you have a problem with this, you can reach out to me or my wife whose contact information which you should have on file.***"
"I'm in the process of moving from Spokane to Lynnwood, and while I'm moving my mom volunteered to take care of my toddler son while I am getting everything taken care of. I called this daycare because my son had previously went here and for the most part it had been a good daycare for us. I called them 5 days before making the trip to Lynnwood to drop my son off and explained that I would only have 1 day to fill out paperwork and get him started there. They had reassured me that he would be able to start the same day. I went into the daycare with all of the paperwork filled out and ready to go for them and they had informed me I still needed his immunization records. This wasn't a big deal at first because the doctor was ready to fax it over and it would have been there within minutes. I left to grab my son a snack real quick. I came back to see if they had gotten the fax and while in the office the manager came in and very rudely asked me to get out because she had to "deal" with another parent. I walked out and sat out front waiting for the fax to come in. While sitting outside of her office I over hear her going off on this parent because the parent was worried about their child getting bit at the daycare. The parent was trying to figure out a plan with the daycare to try and make sure it didn't happen again. I guess she doesn't like any sort of confrontation at all and had called the police to have this lady removed from the daycare because she was "irate". From there she came out to tell me very rudely to leave because she had to have someone removed by the cops. I told her that I had talked to her 5 days prior toake sure my son would be able to start daycare that day. She had then again very rudely informed me that the fax number she gave me was for their corporate office so she wouldn't be able to deal with his paperwork until the next day. I informed her I had to work the next day... In SPOKANE (5 hours away)! She didn't care at all, she didn't even try and be nice or figure out a way to get my son started when she told me he could start there no problem! So instead I decided to go to a different day are. If you want to be treated with respect as your child's parent I wouldn't suggest ever putting your child in this daycare unless the management changes. And trust me I'll be calling their corporate office to tell them all of this!"
"I been taking my 2 boys here for a couple of years. My oldest son got a lot out of their program and it prepares him for kindergarten very well, he exceeded in school thanks l lot to their program. My younger son hasn't reaped the benefits of my first son, I'm not sure if they are teaching them the same things they taught my first son. I guess this year will truly tell. The few members of the staff that have been there for the time my kids have been there are very personable and have grown to respect and know my boys and my expectations of their care. They always adjust to my schedule and it has changed many times since enrolling them in this facility. No I am not a paid person to review this place and if you want quality care and love for your kid I would recommend this place."
