"Very unique and interesting history. Prefer the guided tour over the audio self-guided. As a history teacher, I felt that the audio tour left out some background information and key details that are needed to understand the story. The staff are extremely helpful and kind."
"We get there at 3:30 for an audio tour and the lady said we didn’t have time for an audio tour. Guided tours start at 3:30 which she did not offer. We wanted an audio self guided tour which on the sight did not specify times. The place closes at 5. She then later while we are walking around said the audio is 1.5hr long and they close at 5. (We would have had time) We love history. It would have been nice to have some kind of guided tour as advertised. Disappointed in the management and advertisement for the choice of guided or audio because we didn’t have a choice for either of them for our $20 we paid. We had a 15 min video to watch was all."
"Nice little place to see a Christmas lights display. You can walk through the lights with your kids, for free. My grandchildren lived it!"
"Interesting story of waldesan people. Plentiful parking and nice museum that serves coffee and hot chocolate while you watch a 15 minute movie to start off. You can take an audio tour for eight or $10. Guided tours are off also available. They have re-created the area in Italy where the people came from. Very well done and interesting if you are interested in their history."
"Went for Christmas lighting ceremony. Lights are neat, was lovely to hear children singing Christmas carols and no admission charge on this night. It was too dark on this night to be able to really see the exhibits or read the signs so I may go back one day for the actual tour. Another important part of this area's history preserved."
