"Deltec home builds "modular" homes. They use a round design built to withstand hurricane, tornado, and storms. These builders construct the outside and then you hire a builder for the interior. The staff was extremely helpful. We received an impromptu tour as we showed up without an appointment. They also offer seminars. They have reached back out to us as we explore our building options. The call was informative and not pushy. They had attempted to find other homeowners who had used their services to see if we could talk with them for their experience. Deltec is located near Asheville, NC. As they build in their own shop you can use them practically anywhere."
