"Nice guys, but charged me $175 for the estimate, then submitted a quote 30% higher than the median bidder. I don’t recall anyone in their office mentioning that they would charge for the estimate prior to showing up. I would have never called them had I known. Mike, you and Gary came to my home on 1/23/24 around 5pm to check out my leaking chimney. I prefer not to use my name on Google. While I understand everyone’s time cost money, I don’t recall any prior mentioning of a fee associated with your company looking at potential work opportunities."

"The gentlemen that fixed our back fireplace , went above and beyond. There was nothing wrong with it , the knobs were turned on the wrong way by the Gas Company . No charge for servicing that but they did a full cleaning of the fireplace. They were quick, yet thorough and very kind ,considering my circumstances ,beings my Grandmother has dementia and things are a bit different in our home , than others. Very , respectful men and they know their business extremely well. We've used them before and definitely calling them back again !"
