They did a ton of plaster repair, drywall installation, and refinished the floor - messy work in an annoying century+ old house, but they took it in stride and did a great job! He came in and insulted his assistant by calling him out for a physical attribute he knew he was self conscious about, created a culture of bullying as a ‘joke,’ and asked a staff member to physically modify their appearance for his preference.
