"Note: I have yet to stay at this property. This review is for Heather in the reservation department. I called with many questions, and she exuded friendliness, patience, and knowledge. I was on the fence about putting in a reservation based on some of the reviews. But after my interaction with Heather. I made a personal reservation and a second for an upcoming work trip. My company will pay for any 5-star hotel, but I chose Andra because of Heather's service. Heather is the kind of employee a business needs if they are focused on elevating their customer service. Andra should hire and promote employees like Heather! VP of HR."

"Our first visit in Seattle was a success - with the help of Hotel Andra. Seemingly equidistance from popular sites like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, it allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted in the city and explore! Apart from just the location, the hotel and room themselves were gorgeous! Fully stocked and functional. My kids had a blast running around, and my husband and I had some semblance of relaxation. 10/10 recommend!"

"Wonderful hotel! From the moment we walked into the cozy, inviting reception with the enormous fire place, we knew we picked well. We were early for check in and our room was already ready! We’d been upgraded to a Deluxe room and it did not disappoint. Exceptionally well designed and clean. Soft, warm lighting and plenty of space. We slept brilliantly as the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The restaurant next door’s bar can be accessed via the lobby and we enjoyed drinks in front of the hotel’s fireplace. Fantastic proximity to the markets and light rail/mono rail. We love trying new places and rarely stay in the same place twice but we will be back to Hotel Andra next time we visit Seattle!"
