"Came up from Vancouver to watch Vegas beat the Kraken, go Knights!! The hotel staff was so inviting and friendly. Upon arrival each of us was given a ticket for a free beverage in the property, along with complementary water in the room. Later in the day they have cookies set out to indulge in while you relax in a very charming lobby area. The hotel was just a short walk away from the arena. They love dogs and Georgia is there to greet you. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when we return."

Ben, in particular, was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The beds are super comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also loved the little extras, like the water bottle and secure parking. The availability of bicycles was a delightful surprise, allowing us to explore the city easily. The piano you can play on added a charming touch to the atmosphere. Overall, the Maxwell Hotel provides an exceptional experience, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Seattle."

"We love this hotel! It is a Stay Pineapple Hotel and if you haven't stayed at a Stay Pineapple, you haven't lived! Lol. The rooms are so comfortable. Have never had a more comfortable hotel bed. The staff are so friendly and they LOVE dogs! Great bar and good food. You get free drink coupons on check in. This location is perfectly located to the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle so you can walk to and from your event. Excellent view of the Space Needle and walking distance to that as well. You can not go wrong with this hotel."

"This is a very lovely hotel in an excellent location. The staff are very friendly, hotel, and accommodating. I do want to want to say that are a good amount of extra charges like the resort fee is about $30 a night and for parking is $42 + parking tax which 14.5% so that added another $6. So our room was $112 but really $184 plus the other taxes. So, just be aware of that when booking."

"I had a great time at this hotel. The people are very friendly and willing to help. I was attending a conference and I didn't have my luggage the first day due to some delays with the airline; Benjamin went out of his way to ensure that I had all my clothes for the remainder of my stay in Seattle. I am extremely grateful to him for that. Overall, the service is great and the rooms are too; warm and spacious."
