"Great staff. Tiny but nice rooms. Noise galore. Random beeping all day, and night--maybe a bus--like an alarm clock at all hours for 4 days. Thin walls make for interesting conversation listening. Would recommend if you are comfortable wearing ear plugs."

"Clean hotel, friendly staff and comfortable room. It is very conveniently located and affordable. Yes, the room is a bit small (and are the elevators) but great for one or two people. Comfortable bed and pillows. I will definitely stay there again."

"It's an attractive and clean hotel. Their location is great. It's an easy walk to Pike's market and the water front trail. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. You can walk to the convention center too. Some of the staff are friendly but not all of them. The morning staff couldn't even answer, "good morning" and I was the only person in the lobby. The room was small but clean. The bathroom set up is odd but worked. Not sure if we would come back because the bed seemed small for a queen size and the heater was incredibly loud. I had to turn it off."

"The location is great. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice but not very attentive. Nobody offered me help when I was carrying my stuff. I got the feeling that it was maybe because I was staying in the mini room which is one of the“cheapest ” so I felt like I didn't deserve the same treatment as a guest who paid for an expensive one. I stayed with my dog and I was only given a bed and food plates I was expecting treats or a toy but these were not provided. I guess I misread the info and maybe because again I was not paying too much money for my room. Seattle was our final destination after crossing the whole country by car from Toronto. We decided to choose this hotel and it was my first time staying in a place like this and I must say that I received better treatment at the Inns and Super 8 even if these might not be consider as “the best” in looks or experience. As someone who has worked in hotels, the staff is also part of the overall guest experience so regardless of the hotel’s look and the ambiance the treatment impacts the experience. Thanks"

"I really liked the place! Nice quiet location in a great area. Room was very clean. A couple minutes away walk to get on the Link rail that will take you anywhere. Also short walk to waterfront. My room wasn't huge but worked for me and perfect for solo or couples. Had a neat Seattle 90's music vibe I thought was cool. A happy hour in the afternoon serving free local beer to hotel patrons in the lobby sitting area. The staff really make the place also: very outgoing and gave great tips and info about your stay in the area."
