"Visited recently for an anniversary and they were very nice. The location is walking distance to Pikes place and a good value. While I was there though we got evacuated twice in the night because someone came in from outside and set off the fire alarms. And then the next day they were doing work in the hotel early. Also worth noting everything nearby closes early, and the nearby streets don't feel safe after about 8. Got aggressively confronted by the homeless multiple times, but you can't really harsh the hotel for that. Also one night we tried to get and app and dessert in the restaurant and they closed the kitchen early so we were out of luck."
"We had a great 1 night stay here! Staff were super accommodating and the hotel rooms are really nice. It’s in a nice location as well, not too far from the popular spots of seattle. One less star just because the ventilator fan in our bathroom didn’t work. Not a single other complain, if I am ever in town again, I would 100% stay here!"
"Parking garage doesn’t have an elevator. Stair case for parking garage was smelly and gross. Parking garage not big truck friendly. Beds were not comfy you can feel each and every spring. The pillows were actually nice though. Bathtub was leaking the entire time. Shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. Rooms didn’t look like pictures. Website said breakfast was complimentary but it actually wasn’t. Complimentary breakfast was dependent on the type of reservation you made. Good location though. Convenient and close to a cvs and 24/7 subway for late night eats. The staff were really kind and helpful."
"Good place to stay, I would stay again. My partner and I stayed for 1 night in Feb 2024 in room 914. Cute little balcony and lots of windows letting in natural light. The shades will block out the sunlight if you choose to take a nap during the day. Perfect stay and no issues whatsoever! You will need to hold the handle on toilet a little longer in order to flush, nothing troublesome. The walls are not too thick, as you may be able to hear loud laughing/doors closing from your direct neighbours, but nothing too crazy considering we usually live in an apartment building. We slept the whole night through! Great location, major attractions within walking distance."
"My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at The Warwick. It's an amazing building, centrally located to the city, Pike Place, the Monorail, and the Space Needle. Lots of transit all around. As a wheelchair user I found the room and the entire facility to be extremely accessible. The staff were always so cheerful and kind to me. There were lots of accessible outlets for my wheelchair charger and other devices. Phone chargers at the bedside was a nice addition too. The room, oh gosh, the beds were so wonderful. Firm, warm, and luxurious. The entire bathroom was practically solid marble. Even the floor and the soap dish. It was the nicest bath I've ever taken. The bottom floor has a hot tub, swimming pool, gym, and bathroom. All the water was crystal clear. I am a wheelchair user and I can't really walk around well, but once in the pool I was so free, I felt like a mermaid. I could even lift up and carry and twirl around my daughter. The hot tub jets drummed away any kinks in my back. Oh! Each room has its own thermostat. We had set it to be very comfortable and warm. But I had fallen asleep with the back patio door open (yes every room has a patio!!) and since it was in the 30s, I woke up kinda cold. As a disabled person, I was not feeling strong enough to get up and fix the thermostat. I closed the sliding glass door, and then I called down to the front desk. Even though it was 2 am, they brought me an extra blanket. One fun thing was that there was a group of airline pilots and flight attendants staying at the hotel too. It was fun to see them in their uniforms. I recommend this absolutely gorgeous historic hotel to anyone. It was a fabulous stay!"
